In a small pot over medium heat, heat the water, add the hibiscus, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, fresh rosemary, bring to a boil, and then add the apple. Cook for 10 minutes, remove from heat, and let cool. In a pitcher with ice, arrange the grapefruit, guava, pour the previous preparation, the wine, and fresh rosemary.
