  • 1 can evaporated milk 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 3/4 cups Tequila blanco, or reposado
  • ice cubes

  • Put all the ingredients in a pot, mix thoroughly, and bring to the heat. Let it simmer for 10 to 12 minutes without stopping to stir. DO NOT BOIL.
  • Once cold, strain and refrigerate.
