Pineapple Colada Frappé Margarita

What better drink to refresh than a very original margarita! Here’s the recipe for Pineapple Colada Frappé Margarita, made with 100% natural pineapple and coconut, with a touch of tequila and orange liqueur. In case you’ve never tried it, to make a margarita, you need the pineapple to be frozen for the perfect consistency.

  • 1 coconut, peeled, cut into pieces
  • 2 cups pineapple, frozen, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • ice cubes
  • 1/2 cups coconut cream
  • 1/4 cups orange liqueur
  • 1/4 cups Tequila
  • 1/4 cups coconut water
  • coconut, toasted, for decoration
  • pineapple, cut into triangles, for decoration
  • spearmint, for decoration

  • For your coconut-pineapple concentrate, place the coconut, pineapple, lime juice, and pineapple juice in your Vitamix® blender and blend until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
  • Add ice to your Vitamix®, pour in the previous mixture, the cream of coconut, the orange liqueur, tequila, coconut water, and close the lid.
  • Use the “smoothies” program to blend the mixture. Serve in coconuts, decorate with toasted coconut, pineapple, and mint.
