Apple Ring

This apple cake is perfect to enjoy with a good cup of coffee.

  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3 cups flour, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 3 golden apple, chopped into small cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • Grease and flour a ring mold
  • Beat the sugar with the oil in the mixer
  • Add the eggs one by one and then add the vanilla
  • Combine the sifted flour with the baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and gradually add it to the previous mixture
  • At the end, with the mixer turned off, add the chopped apple and walnut, folding gently with the help of a spatula
  • Pour the mixture into the ring mold and bake for about 50 minutes.
