Artichoke Pizza
María Fernanda Hernandez
Try different flavors on your pizzas. I love this Artichoke Pizza recipe. Add plenty of cheese and leave it in the oven until it gratinates for an even better flavor.

Medium
In a deep bowl, put 2 and a half cups of warm water, add the fine salt, 30 grams of yeast, and 2 tablespoons of oil.
Mix well and before it cools down, place the flour in a volcano shape on the table and add the liquid in the middle.
Start kneading well; when you notice that the dough is ready and doesn't stick, make a long roll and cut it into 4 pieces.
Cover the 4 pieces with a clean, dry cloth and let them rest for 45 minutes; each piece will start to rise, and then you can begin to make the pizza.
Each piece is for 1 regular pizza.
Take a piece of dough and place it on a flat surface. Roll it out into a circular shape.
Add the tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and artichoke.
Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden.
