  • In a bowl place the flour, salt and dry yeast. Add the warm water and stir until the dough comes off the container, if necessary add a little more flour.
  • Pass the roll to a flat floured surface and knead for about 15 minutes.
  • During kneading try to twist and stretch the dough to make it much more elastic. Grease the walls of a bowl and place the dough.
  • Cover with plastic wrap or with a clean cloth and let stand in a warm place for 40 minutes.
  • Once this period of time has passed, pass the dough to the floured table and remove the excess air by pressing it with your fingertips or knuckles. Cover the dough and let rise for 10 minutes.
  • Subsequently, divide the dough into 2 and stretch it with a rolling pin until you obtain a rectangle of approximately 25 cm x 20 cm. Roll each dough to form 2 baguettes and place them on a tray covered with oil and flour with the final side of the roll facing down.
  • Beat the white and with a brush add on the top of each baguette. Cover with a cloth or bag and leave to ferment in a warm place for 40 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  • Make diagonal cuts of 1/2 cm deep with a sharp knife.
  • Bake the baguettes for 30-35 minutes and remove the paint again with clear and bring to the oven about 15 minutes more. Finally remove and let cool on a cloth.
