1 stick unsalted butter , at room temperature, 90 grams

Beat the butter with the sugar until fluffy and, while continuing to beat, add the eggs one by one.
Add the flour with the baking powder and baking soda, previously sifted, alternating with the coffee prepared with the Dolce Gusto Espresso Intenso capsules and the rest of the ingredients. Continue beating until fully combined.
Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a long, even log, like a loaf of bread. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
Slice the loaf into 1-centimeter thick pieces, lay them down on a baking sheet, and bake for another 15 minutes or until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the oven, let cool, and serve.
