Preparation
Beat the butter with the sugar until it sponges and, while stirring, add the eggs one by one.
Add the flour with the baking powder and baking soda, previously passed through a sieve, alternating with the coffee prepared with the dolce espresso Intenso capsules and the rest of the ingredients. Keep beating until fully integrated.
Place the dough in a tray with waxed paper, give it an elongated and uniform shape, as if it were a loaf of bread. Bake 40 minutes or until when inserting a toothpick, it comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
Cut the loaf of bread into 1-centimeter-thick slices, arrange them on a tray and bake 15 minutes more or until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the oven, let cool and offer.
