2 eggs, whole
2 tablespoons sugar
3 teaspoons salt
90 grams butter, 1 stick
4 grams dry yeast
4 cups flour
1/4 cups cow's milk
1 egg, for brushing
3 teaspoons baking powder

Make a well with the flour and spread the other ingredients starting with solids and liquids, and make a dough with your hands.
Let the dough ferment for 15 minutes.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is 1 ½ centimeters thick and fold it in half.
Use a biscuit cutter to cut the dough. Reuse the leftover dough, knead it again, and form more biscuits.
Brush with egg and let rest for 20 more minutes.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 180°C or until golden brown.
