Delicious biscuit recipe, you can add jam of your choice or simply butter and fruits.

  • 2 eggs, whole
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 90 grams butter, 1 stick
  • 4 grams dry yeast
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • 1 egg, for brushing
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder

  • Make a well with the flour and spread the other ingredients starting with solids and liquids, and make a dough with your hands.
  • Let the dough ferment for 15 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is 1 ½ centimeters thick and fold it in half.
  • Use a biscuit cutter to cut the dough. Reuse the leftover dough, knead it again, and form more biscuits.
  • Brush with egg and let rest for 20 more minutes.
  • Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 180°C or until golden brown.
