Delicious biscuits to accompany any meal. This rich and fluffy bread is very versatile as you can eat it with something sweet like jam or hazelnut cream; as well as with something savory like ham and cheese. Prepare it and eat it with whatever you like the most.

  • 120 grams sugar
  • 750 grams flour
  • 10 eggs
  • 100 milliliters cow's milk
  • 500 grams margarine
  • 20 grams baking powder
  • 10 grams salt

  • Mix the flour with the baking powder, salt, and sugar, and integrate the margarine with your fingertips until it has a sandy appearance.
  • Once it looks like sand, make a well in the center, add the eggs and milk, and knead everything very well.
  • Once everything is well kneaded, place the sourdough in the center until the two doughs are well integrated.
  • Shape the biscuits and brush with egg and milk, let rest for 15 minutes, and brush again.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in an oven at 180 to 200°C.
