1 can beans, whole
1 can ear corn, golden, small
4 tostadas, (preferably baked)
3 eggs
1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
6 leaves basil, sanitized
1/2 cups Manchego cheese
1/2 teaspoons garlic
1 teaspoon chicken bullion
1 cup water

Preheat the oven to 250°C.
Place the corn and beans in a strainer, drain them, rinse under running water, and put them in the blender.
Add all the other ingredients and blend until a smooth, lump-free mixture is obtained.
Grease a mold, line it with parchment paper, and pour in the mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the center of the cake is cooked; you can check this by inserting a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the cake is done.
