For the dough, mix the flour with the oregano and Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth, make a well in the center, and add a little warm water, yeast, baking powder, and olive oil. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Pour the remaining water gradually and knead until you have a smooth and elastic consistency. Cover with cling film and let it rest until it doubles in size.
For the filling, heat the oil, sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper; add the meat and cook over medium heat until well done.
Add the packet of Knorr® Sabores Mixed Peppers, oregano, pepper, and cinnamon. Mix and warm slightly.
Divide the dough into 12 portions, rolling each one out with a rolling pin.
Place 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce, a little cheese, and 2 tablespoons of the filling. Form the roll and continue with the rest of the ingredients.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet, brush with egg, and bake at 170 °C for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
