For the starter: mix the yeast, water, sugar, milk, and flour until combined. Let rest until it doubles in size.
Combine the flour, egg, salt, sugar, milk, and starter. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
Take a bit of dough and place in pre-greased molds, but do not fill more than half of the mold. Let rest for 20 minutes. Then, bake at 200°C for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
