1/2 cups cow's milk
1 cup cornstarch
1 1/2 cups cassava flour, (tapioca flour/yuca)
1/2 cups butter
1/2 cups water, boiling
1 egg
2 cups Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon baking powder

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Mix in a deep bowl the cornstarch, tapioca flour/yuca, and baking powder. Add the milk, water, and melted butter. Mix well.
Add the salt, cheese, egg, and mix until you obtain a dough.
Knead with your hands and form small balls.
Place the balls on a baking sheet previously greased with cooking spray or a bit of butter and bake until they start to brown. Remove from the oven.
