Bread Sticks with Serrano Ham

  • 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons Oli de Nutrioli® extra virgin olive oil, (more a little to varnish)
  • 1/4 cups sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cups black sesame seeds
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 15 slices serrano ham

  • Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
  • In a bowl place the flour, the salt, the yeast, add the water, Oli of Nutrioli® Extra virgin Olive Oil, knead for 7 minutes until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
  • Place the dough in a bowl, covered with non-stick plastic and ferment for 1 hour or until it doubles its size.
  • Spread the dough on a floured table with the help of a rolling pin until it is 3mm thick, varnish with Oli de Nutrioli® Extra virgin Olive Oil, sprinkle the sesame seeds.
  • Cut with a sharp knife, long strips 1 cm thick.
  • Place the strips on a tray, bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Let it cool.
  • Place arugula on the bread sticks, wrap the bread sticks with serrano ham.
  • Enjoy with a glass of wine.
