1/2 tablespoons coarse salt
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 cup kalamata olive, chopped
4 cups basil
6 eggs
1/4 cups olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Prepare a baking mold for bread measuring 21x11x6 cm by lining it with parchment paper, greasing it with butter, and dusting it with a little flour.
In a deep bowl, mix the flour, salt, and baking powder.
In another deep bowl, whisk the eggs with a whisk. Add the olive oil and basil and continue mixing. Add the garlic.
Add the flour mixture and incorporate until the dough is smooth. Season with pepper.
Now add and mix the cheese and olives.
Pour the mixture into the baking mold and tap the mold against the table to remove any air bubbles.
Bake the bread until it is lightly golden, about 45 minutes.
