Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons baking soda
  • 1 cup kalamata olive, chopped
  • 4 cups basil
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • to taste black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Prepare a mold to bake bread of 21x11x6 cms by covering it with waxed paper, greasing it with butter and sprinkling it with a little flour.
In a deep bowl mix the flour, salt and baking powder.
In another deep bowl with a balloon whisk beat the eggs. Add the olive oil and basil and continue mixing. Add the garlic.
Add the flour mixture and add until it is homogeneous to the dough. Season with pepper.

Bake the bread until lightly browned, about 45 minutes.
