Carrot Bread

  • Wash, disinfect, and peel the carrots. Cut the carrots into small cubes. Sift the flour and baking powder.
  • Place the vegetable oil, carrots, and eggs in the blender. Blend until everything is well incorporated and the carrots are completely broken down.
  • Pour the blender mixture into a bowl and add the sifted powders. Beat until everything is well incorporated, add the sugar and make sure there are no lumps.
  • Grease a loaf pan and pour in the mixture. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes, then unmold the bread and serve.
