Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 cups flour

Preparation

Wash, disinfect and peel the carrots. Cut the carrots into small squares. Sift flour and baking powder.
Place the vegetable oil, carrots and eggs in the blender. Blend until everything is well incorporated and the carrots are completely discarded.
Pour the mixture of the liqueur into a bowl and add the sifted powders. Beat until everything is well incorporated, add the sugar and make sure there are no lumps.
Grease a pancake mold and pour the mixture. Bake at 180 ° C for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes, unmold the bread and serve.
