3 egg whites
40 centiliters sunflower oil
50 grams walnuts
200 wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Cream the margarine with the sugar, gradually add the oil in a thin stream, very slowly.
Grate the carrot finely. Add the liquor and walnuts.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and cinnamon twice. Add the ground chia, mixing well. Incorporate into the previous mixture.
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the previous preparation.
Pour into a mold previously sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180º C for about 40 minutes, until a knife inserted comes out clean.
