Child Wrapped with Chipotles

1 package white bread
300 grams deli ham
1 can canned chipotle pepper
1 can ear corn
10 slices American cheese
250 grams sour cream
5 tablespoons mayonnaise
5 tablespoons mustard

Remove the edges from each slice of bread.
Place a napkin on the table, and on it, join all the slices of bread by the edges, forming a single rectangular piece.
In a separate bowl, blend the cream, mayonnaise, mustard, and chipotles.
With the blended mixture, spread it on the bread on the side that is facing up.
Place a layer of ham, another layer of yellow cheese, and sprinkle the corn kernels.
Using the napkin placed underneath the bread, start rolling the bread, tightening slightly so it doesn't open.
Refrigerate for approximately 20 minutes.
To serve, cut it into slices.
