Chipacitos are small bread made with cassava, cheese, milk, eggs, butter, and salt. They are of Argentine origin and are very easy to make. Now you can make the recipe at home and share it with everyone. Enjoy!

  • Mix the cassava flour, semolina, and salt. The butter and the egg (slightly beaten beforehand) in a bag with the help of the spatula. Tap to integrate the butter.
  • Add the Mar del Plata cheese cut into cubes or coarsely grated, the grated cheese, and the orange juice. Continue mixing with the spatula.
  • Gradually incorporate the milk and mix well until you obtain a smooth and soft dough.
  • Roll the dough into a long sausage shape and then cut small pieces the size of ping pong balls.
  • Shape them into balls and place them on greased trays.
  • Bake in a moderate oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
