Cinnamon bread

This rich recipe for cinnamon bread carries several species such as cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. The recipe needs a bread maker (bakery).

  • 350 grams all-purpose wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 50 grams unsalted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 milliliters cow's milk
  • 25 grams raisins
  • 55 grams apple, in pieces

  • Mix flour, yeast, salt and spices in a mixing bowl.
  • In a small saucepan over low heat melt the butter. Add the eggs, milk, raisins and apple and mix well.
  • Pour the butter mixture over the flour and mix.
  • In the mold of the breadmaker pour the mixture. Place the mold in the breadmaker, cover and select the cake option.
  • Once it is ready remove and unmold the bread and allow it to cool.
