Ingredients

10 portions
  • 350 grams all-purpose wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 50 grams unsalted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 milliliters milk
  • 25 grams raisin
  • 55 grams apple, in pieces

Preparation

Mix flour, yeast, salt and spices in a mixing bowl.
In a small saucepan over low heat melt the butter. Add the eggs, milk, raisins and apple and mix well.
Pour the butter mixture over the flour and mix.
In the mold of the breadmaker pour the mixture. Place the mold in the breadmaker, cover and select the cake option.
Once it is ready remove and unmold the bread and allow it to cool.

PRESENTATION

This bread is delicious as a dessert or for breakfast.
