Hydrate the yeast in warm water and let it rest for 10 minutes.
In a mixer, add the flour, sugar, salt, milk, San Juan® eggs, add the hydrated yeast, and knead until completely combined to form a dough.
Add the butter and continue kneading until fully integrated
In a greased bowl, place the dough and cover. Let it rest for 30 minutes in refrigeration
Place the butter in non-stick plastic, place another on top and using a rolling pin, roll out until you get a rectangle of 20 cm long by 15 cm wide, refrigerate.

Roll out the dough and brush with San Juan® egg, add the walnuts, blueberries, and cinnamon
Roll from one end to the other and cut approximately 2 cm thick.
Place on a baking sheet and brush with egg.
Bake for 20 minutes.
