Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Beat the sugar with cottage cheese and butter.
Then, the yolks are added one by one and continue beating until incorporated.
In a separate container, the flour is mixed with the royal and later it is added to the pasta that we already made.
The whites are beaten to the point of nougat and wrapped in pasta. At this time, we add the raisins and the nuts.
Grease a mold with butter, cover it with a thin layer of breadcrumbs and add the pasta.
Bake for about 1hr.
