500 grams requesón
2 cups sugar
1 stick unsalted butter
6 eggs , separate yolks and whites
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 cup flour

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Beat the sugar with the cottage cheese and butter.
Then, add the yolks one by one and continue beating until incorporated.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and then add it to the batter we already made.
The egg whites are beaten to a stiff peak and folded into the batter. At this point, add the raisins and nuts.
Grease a mold with butter, cover it with a thin layer of breadcrumbs, and add the batter.
Bake for approximately 1 hour.
