Ingredients

16 portions
  • 500 grams curd
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 6 eggs, separate yolks and whites
  • 2 tablespoons royal baking powder
  • 1 cup flour
  • to taste walnut
  • to taste raisin
  • ground bread

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Beat the sugar with cottage cheese and butter.
Then, the yolks are added one by one and continue beating until incorporated.
In a separate container, the flour is mixed with the royal and later it is added to the pasta that we already made.
The whites are beaten to the point of nougat and wrapped in pasta. At this time, we add the raisins and the nuts.
Grease a mold with butter, cover it with a thin layer of breadcrumbs and add the pasta.
Bake for about 1hr.

PRESENTATION

Once you put the pasta in the mold you can put a light layer of sugar and cinnamon on top, this will allow it to brown and give it that crispy texture when eating it.

TIPS

If you prefer a slightly sweet flavor add only a cup and a half of sugar.
