  • 1 artisan bread roll, large
  • 150 grams Manchego cheese, grated
  • 150 grams cheddar cheese, grated
  • 100 milliliters olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme

  • Oven preheated to 180° C
  • Cut the bread into deep diamond shapes, without completely separating the pieces.
  • Mix the cheeses (manchego and cheddar) and fill the cuts in the bread with this mixture.
  • Mix the olive oil with the garlic.
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until the cheese is golden.
  • If desired, you can add rosemary and thyme before baking for extra flavor.
