1 artisan bread roll, large
150 grams Manchego cheese, grated
150 grams cheddar cheese, grated
100 milliliters olive oil
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 sprig fresh rosemary
1 sprig fresh thyme

Oven preheated to 180° C
Cut the bread into deep diamond shapes, without completely separating the pieces.
Mix the cheeses (manchego and cheddar) and fill the cuts in the bread with this mixture.
Mix the olive oil with the garlic.
Let it rest for 10 minutes and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until the cheese is golden.
If desired, you can add rosemary and thyme before baking for extra flavor.
