Dough for Pizza or Calzone

This pizza dough is perfect for sweet and salty pizzas, it does not need to be precooked.

  • 110 milliliters cow's milk
  • 110 milliliters water, tibia
  • 500 grams flour
  • 1 envelope yeast
  • 3 grams salt
  • 3 grams sugar
  • 40 milliliters vegetable oil

  • A source is made with flour and salt.
  • The yeast is hydrated in a little warm water (5 tablespoons of water for 1 sachet).
  • Milk and water are added little by little to the dough.
  • Salt and sugar are added.
  • The oil is added.
  • The previously hydrated yeast is added.
  • Since it does not stick on the table it is left to rest for 30 min to 1 hr before spreading in a warm place with a warm wet cloth on top.
