This pizza dough is perfect for sweet and salty pizzas, it does not need to be precooked.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 110 milliliters milk
  • 110 milliliters Water, tibia
  • 500 grams flour
  • 1 on yeast
  • 3 grams salt
  • 3 grams sugar
  • 40 milliliters oil

Preparation

A source is made with flour and salt.
The yeast is hydrated in a little warm water (5 tablespoons of water for 1 sachet).
Milk and water are added little by little to the dough.
Salt and sugar are added.
The oil is added.
The previously hydrated yeast is added.
Since it does not stick on the table it is left to rest for 30 min to 1 hr before spreading in a warm place with a warm wet cloth on top.

PRESENTATION

To make the pizza or calzone it is spread with a floured rolling pin and it is put into the raw oven, it takes 45 mins to be ready.

TIPS

If you feel the dough very watery add a little flour. Before putting it in the container it is greased with olive oil. You can add fresh herbs to the dough like basil or rosemary
