Preparation
A source is made with flour and salt.
The yeast is hydrated in a little warm water (5 tablespoons of water for 1 sachet).
Milk and water are added little by little to the dough.
Salt and sugar are added.
The oil is added.
The previously hydrated yeast is added.
Since it does not stick on the table it is left to rest for 30 min to 1 hr before spreading in a warm place with a warm wet cloth on top.
