  • 700 grams corn kernels
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 200 grams butter
  • 5 eggs

  • Blend the corn kernels with the sugar and the egg.
  • Melt the butter and mix with the above.
  • Cut a circle of wax paper the size of the bottom of your mold and place it before pouring in the mixture.
  • Bake at 200°c for approximately 25 minutes.
  • Let it cool and remove from the mold.
