Easy Corn Bread without Flour

To print
Delicious and fluffy 100% homemade corn bread with a grandmother's touch. Very easy to prepare since everything is done in the blender.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 700 grams of corn kernels
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 200 grams of Butter
  • 5 pieces of egg

    Preparation

    Blend corn, sugar and egg.
    Melt the butter and mix with the above.
    Cut a circle of waxed paper the size of the base and put it inside your mold before pouring in the mixture.
    Bake at 200 °C (392°F) for approximately 25 minutes.
    Allow to cool and remove from the mold.

    PRESENTATION

    You may add to your piece of corn bread some chocolate syrup, coffee liqueur, or cajeta (Mexican goat milk caramel), surely you will love it.

    TIPS

    The taller or thicker in the mold of your corn bread, the longer the cooking time should be.

    Super sencilla, rápido y realmente deliciosa!! La hice ya con elote y proveedores hacerla con durazno y ha resultado en una exquisitez. En cuanto al azúcar, la sustituí con leche condensada y la goloses es Total!!
