Easy Pizza Dough

Delicious recipe to make your own pizzas. You can add any ingredients you like.

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 package yeast, packet
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cups water

  • Put all the ingredients except the flour in the food processor until a ball forms (maximum 1 minute). In three parts, add the flour until you have a smooth ball.
  • Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out on 2 round baking sheets with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
  • Spread tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and desired toppings (ham, mushrooms, etc.).
  • Bake until the crust and cheese start to brown, about 20 minutes.
