Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1 package of yeast packet
  • 1 teaspoonful of sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 Cup of Water

    Preparation

    Put all ingredients except the flour in the food processor until a ball is made (maximum 1 minute). In three parts, add the flour until you have a soft ball.
    Cut the dough in 2 parts and spread in 2 round trays with a little olive oil so that it does not stick.
    Put tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and the desired ingredients (ham, mushrooms, etc.).
    Put in the oven until the dough and cheese begin to brown, about 20 minutes.
