1/2 cups butter, for the dough, cut into cubes and at room temperature
1 teaspoon salt, for the dough
2 teaspoons sugar, for the dough
2 egg yolks, for the dough
2 tablespoons milk, for the dough
2 tablespoons water, for the dough
1 teaspoon vinegar, for the dough
sesame seeds, to cover the breadsticks
Parmesan cheese, toppings, to cover the breadsticks
oregano, to cover the breadsticks

Mix the flour, salt, sugar, and butter for 5 minutes or until the butter is completely incorporated.
Add the egg yolks, milk, water, and vinegar and mix for 10 minutes or until an elastic dough forms and the dough separates from the bowl.
Dust your table with flour and roll out the dough until it's one centimeter thick, cut thin strips of 1 cm.
Place the strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush with olive oil and sprinkle the sticks with some sesame seeds, others with Parmesan cheese, and finally with oregano.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180° or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a rack. Serve the breadsticks on a glass or a tall container, accompanied by your favorite dish and a delicious cheese dip.
