Fluffy Bread with Fruits and Oats

Delicious bread made with pancake flour, oats, banana, orange juice, blueberries, and raisins. Easy to prepare, simple and quick, for the whole family.

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup corn oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup lactose-free milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon orange blossom essence
  • 1 teaspoon almond essence
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cups cranberries, for decoration
  • 1/2 cups raisins, for decoration
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar, for decoration
  • 1/2 cups oats, for decoration

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Put all the ingredients in the blender in the order they are written.
  • Blend everything until you obtain a smooth mixture without lumps.
  • Grease a baking mold and pour in the mixture.
  • For decoration, place the blueberries, raisins, and oat rings on top of the mixture, trying to distribute everything evenly.
  • Sprinkle the tablespoon of sugar over the entire bread mixture and place it in the oven.
  • Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius or until the center of the bread is cooked; we will know it is ready by inserting a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the bread is done.
