Delicious bread made with pancake flour, oats, banana, orange juice, blueberries, and raisins. Easy to prepare, simple and quick, for the whole family.
Put all the ingredients in the blender in the order they are written.
Blend everything until you obtain a smooth mixture without lumps.
Grease a baking mold and pour in the mixture.
For decoration, place the blueberries, raisins, and oat rings on top of the mixture, trying to distribute everything evenly.
Sprinkle the tablespoon of sugar over the entire bread mixture and place it in the oven.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius or until the center of the bread is cooked; we will know it is ready by inserting a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the bread is done.
