Mix the dry yeast with the warm water. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Set aside
Make a volcano with the flour, sugar, salt, garlic powder, milk, butter, and egg, add the hydrated yeast, and mix until a dough forms.
Knead for 20 minutes, place in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let it rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
Mix the butter with the garlic and parsley. Set aside.
Cut the dough into 30-gram balls, shape them into strips and tie them into knots, place on a baking sheet, brush with the garlic and parsley butter, and let rise for another 15 minutes. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden.
For the dip: heat the cream cheese, cream, cheddar cheese, and manchego cheese in a small pot. Mix until combined, season, and remove from heat.
Serve the garlic knots accompanied by the cheese dip.
