There is nothing richer than preparing your own bread, we give you a delicious and easy recipe of garlic knots with an exquisite flavor and a touch of parsley, accompanied by a creamy cheese dip. They will be the sensation.

Ingredients

  • 8 grams of dry yeast
  • 1/4 of Cup of Water tibia
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic powder
  • 1 1/4 cups of milk
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter melted
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter melted
  • 2 spoonfuls of Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of cream cheese for the dip
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream for the dip
  • 1/2 Cup of cheddar cheese for the dip
  • 1/2 Cup of Manchego cheese for the dip

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Mix dry yeast with warm water. Let stand for 10 minutes. Reservation
    Make a volcano with flour, sugar, salt, garlic powder, milk, butter and egg, add the hydrated yeast and mix to form a dough.
    Knead for 20 minutes, place in a lightly greased bowl, cover and let stand for 1 hour or until doubled in volume.
    Mix butter with garlic and parsley. Reservation.
    Cut the dough into balls of 30 grams with the help of your hands form a strip and make knots placed in a baking tray, varnish with garlic butter and parsley and ferment for 15 minutes more. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
    For the dip: heat cream cheese, cream, cheddar cheese and Manchego cheese in a pot. Mix until integrated, season and remove from cooking.
    Serve the garlic knots accompanied by the cheese dip.
