Ingredients

6 portions
  • 8 grams dry yeast
  • 1/4 cups Water, warm
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese, for the dip
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, for the dip
  • 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, for the dip
  • 1/2 cups manchego cheese, for the dip

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (356F)
Mix dry yeast with warm water. Let stand for 10 minutes. Reserve.
Make a volcano with flour, sugar, salt, garlic powder, milk, butter and egg, add the hydrated yeast and mix to form a dough.
Knead for 20 minutes, place in a lightly greased bowl, cover and let stand for 1 hour or until doubled in volume.
Mix the butter with garlic and parsley. Reserve.
Cut the dough into balls of 30 grams with the help of your hands form a strip and make knots placed in a baking tray, glaze with garlic butter and parsley and let rise for 15 minutes more. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
For the dip: heat cream cheese, cream, cheddar cheese and Manchego cheese in a pot. Mix until integrated, season and remove from the stove.
Serve the garlic knots served with the cheese dip.

TIPS

If you use fresh yeast, do not forget to use 3 times more than what is indicated by the dry yeast recipe.

Muy ricos y coincido en que le falta más harina por qué queda muy aguada la masa

Los hice y también fue necesario usar más harina de la qué indica la receta porque queda super aguada y es imposible trabajarla.

Utilicé las medidas tal cual y me tocó poner más harina pues la masa quedó demasiado aguada y era imposible trabajar.
