Mix all the ingredients for the dough; it should be somewhat sticky but firm.
Make small balls and place them on a previously greased baking sheet with cooking spray.
Using a cooking brush, glaze the balls with a little milk.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle a little more grated Gouda cheese on top.
Bake for another 10 minutes or until they are lightly golden. Turn off the oven and let them sit inside for another 10 minutes with the door slightly open.
