  • 1 teaspoon royal baking powder
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 50 milks
  • 75 grams butter
  • 100 Gouda cheeses, lined
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • cooking spray

Preparation

Preheats the oven to 180 ° C
Mix all the ingredients of the dough, this should be somewhat sticky but hard.
Make small balls and place them on a baking tray previously greased with vegetable spray.
With a cooking brush varnish the balls with a little milk.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and place a little more grated Gouda cheese on top.
Bake for 10 more minutes or until lightly browned. Turn off the oven and allow them to be 10 minutes inside with the door half open.
