Form a volcano with flour; in the middle add the warm water and fresh yeast to activate it.
Start to mix and integrate the dough. Knead constantly until you get a uniform piece.
Lubricate a glass bowl with a little oil. Place the dough inside the bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Leave to ferment for 20 minutes at 40 ° C.
Remove from the bowl and knead again. Let the dough rest a few minutes and make cuts for the texture.
Bake at 240 ° C for 20 minutes, generate moisture with water inside the oven.
Remove the bread from the oven and check the texture.
