8 grams salt
10 grams yeast, fresh
275 milliliters water, warm
5 milliliters olive oil

Form a volcano with the flour; in the middle add warm water and fresh yeast to activate it.
Start mixing and integrating the dough. Knead constantly until you achieve a uniform piece.
Grease a glass bowl with a little oil. Place the dough inside the bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let it ferment for 20 minutes at 40°C.
Remove from the bowl and knead again. Let the dough rest for a few minutes and make cuts for texture.
Bake at 240°C for 20 minutes, creating humidity with water inside the oven.
Remove the bread from the oven and check the texture.
