  • 4 cups flour, for the dough
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, for the dough
  • 1/2 cups sugar, for the dough
  • 11 grams yeast, for the dough
  • 3 eggs, for the dough
  • 3/4 cups milk, for the dough
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, for the dough
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt, for the dough
  • 1 cup butter, for the dough
  • cream cheese, in cubes, for filling
  • 1 egg, for brushing
  • Nutella®, 15 g per serving
  • fruit, for serving

  • Mix the flour, cinnamon, sugar, yeast, eggs, milk, vanilla, and salt in a bowl and beat until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Then, add the butter and beat until everything is well incorporated.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl and let it rest for 30 minutes or until it doubles in size.
  • Punch down the dough, form balls, and weigh the portions, as each one should weigh 50 g. Fill with a cube of cream cheese, close, and roll into a ball.Place the dough balls in a greased baking dish and brush with egg. Bake at 180 °C for 25 minutes.
  • Spread a portion of Nutella® on a bread roll and serve with fruit and a glass of milk.
