  • Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and add the milk, lemon juice, flour, Rexal® baking powder, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix the butter with the melted chocolate, and gradually add it to the previous mixture, beating until incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured madeleine mold and bake for 6 minutes. Let cool.
  • Unmold and cover one end of the madeleines with melted chocolate, sprinkle with nuts, and let dry. Serve with milk.
