Cinnamon Roll Tree

Although they are traditionally for breakfast, cinnamon rolls are perfect at any time of the day, and with this sweet bread recipe, you will be a hit at home.   • 1 cup cow's milk, warm
  • 10 grams dry yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups Margarina Primavera Chantilly® Con Sal
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup raw sugar, for the filling
  • 20 grams cinnamon powder, for the filling
  • 10 grams nutmeg, for the filling
  • 1/2 cups Spring Margarine Chantilly® unsalted, melted for the filling
  • 1 egg, for brushing
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cow's milk

  • Mix the yeast with the warm milk and set aside.
  • For the dough, beat the Primavera® margarine with the egg, add the sugar, flour, heavy cream, hydrated yeast, and mix until perfectly combined.
  • Knead for 10 minutes. Transfer to a container and wait 1 hour for it to ferment and double in size.
  • For the filling, mix the ingredients and set aside.
  • Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1 cm; spread the filling on top and roll up the dough. Chill for 30 minutes and cut.
  • In a bowl, shape the rolls and let them rest again for 30 minutes until they double in size. Brush with egg and bake at 170 °C for 20 minutes.
  • Cool at room temperature and shape a tree with your hands.
