3/4 cups butter, cut into cubes and cold, for the dough

Hydrate the yeast with the milk, let it rest for 10 minutes and set aside.
In a mixer, combine the flour, sugar, salt, eggs, and milk with the hydrated yeast and knead until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
Add the butter gradually while mixing until fully incorporated and the dough becomes elastic. Place in a bowl and ferment for 4 hours in the refrigerator or until it doubles in size.
For the filling: mix the butter with brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Set aside.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface until you have a rectangular shape. Spread the filling evenly with a spatula, sprinkle M&M'S® chocolates 120 g, and roll up. Refrigerate for one hour.
Cut the rolls into 2 cm thick pieces and place them in a greased baking dish if necessary. Ferment for 1 hour until they double in size and brush with egg.
Bake the rolls at 180 °C for 40 minutes or until lightly golden.
Sprinkle M&M’S® chocolates 120 g on top and enjoy the warm rolls.
