  • 4 cups flour, for the dough
  • 1/2 cups sugar, for the dough
  • 11 grams yeast, for the dough
  • 3 eggs, for the dough
  • 3/4 cups milk, for the dough
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt, for the dough
  • 1/2 cups butter, for the dough
  • 1/2 cups clotted cream, for the dough
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest, for the dough

  • Mix the flour, sugar, yeast, eggs, milk, and salt in a bowl and beat until a homogeneous dough forms. Then, add the butter, cream, and orange zest. Beat until everything is well incorporated.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl and let it rest for 30 minutes or until the dough doubles in size.
  • Punch down the dough, form small balls, and use the Royal Prestige® Precision Cook to weigh the portions of dough, as each should weigh 50 g. Place the dough balls in a greased Royal Prestige® 10.5” skillet, glaze with butter, and sprinkle with sugar. Cover the cream bread.
  • Set the Royal Prestige® Precision Cook to cook on low heat and cook the cream bread for 20 minutes. Uncover and serve the bread with a glass of milk.
