  • 250 grams clotted cream
  • 1 cup sugar  1 cup sugar

  • In a bowl, mix the cream with the sugar until combined. Add the egg yolks one by one, the baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and the whipped egg whites. Gently fold in along with the flour.
  • Pour the mixture into a previously greased loaf pan until it is ¾ full. Bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes. Let cool and unmold.
  • Place the cream bread on a plate, cut a slice, spread a tablespoon of Nutella®, and enjoy with a glass of milk and fruit.
