1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cups cow's milk
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon REXAL® baking powder

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Beat the egg with the sugar until it changes color, gradually add the milk and oil, and beat until incorporated.
With the help of a strainer, add the flour, salt, Rexal® baking powder, and beat for 5 minutes until integrated.
Using an ice cream scoop, fill a cupcake mold with the previous mixture until the cup is filled to ¾ full.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve accompanied by a glass of milk.
