100 grams butter, melted

Preheat the oven to 220°C.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and add the milk, lemon juice, flour, baking powder, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the melted butter and beat until well combined.
Pour into a greased madeleine mold and bake for 6 minutes. Let cool.
Unmold and serve.
