  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gradually add the egg yolks. Incorporate half of the sugar, continuing to beat.
  • Sift the flour and baking powder. Mix with the remaining sugar.
  • Gradually add to the batter and fold gently.
  • Separately, mix the butter with a little of the batter.
  • Slowly incorporate it into a previously greased and floured round mold. Pour the mixture into the mold.
  • Bake the marquesote for 20 minutes.
  • Let it cool, cut a piece, and spread 15 g of Nutella®.
